How long are your contracts?

We like to build long term relationships with our clients so the shortest contract we offer is 6 months. We find this gives us the best opportunity to show off what we do and our clients can see strong results! (but we do offer  shorter contracts for one off projects)

Do you guarantee results?

We only work with businesses we know we can help. If you are not the right fit for us, we will let you know so you can find the right support for you.

Success comes in all shapes and sizes but we are proud to say we have supported all our clients to grow against our agreed metrics and strategies.

We just need a website, can you help?

Absolutely, alongside our marketing support we take on website design and development projects. Get in touch and we can talk through our work and your requirements.

What size businesses do you work with?

We don't have a "typical client". Our current client base ranges from start-ups who are yet to launch, sole traders who need some ad hoc support to businesses with an annual turnover of £20m+ who we support as a full marketing team.

What services do you offer?

We are a full stack marketing agency. If it is marketing you are after, we have it covered! Including Strategy, Web Development, Design, Media, Digital, Social Media, PR, Paid Ads, Out-of-Home.

When we work with our clients, we help them decide which of these services are most importent to them and then we deliver support in those areas. This can often change so we are flexible in how we support you.

What does onboarding look like?

We always start by the Childsey team getting to know you and your business. This is vital, we need to know who your customers are, who are your competition and where you want to be in the future.

After that, we review your current marketing activity, your competition and pull on our experience to set your marketing strategy.

Then we get to work delivering results. It could be we start with digital marketing, a new Website, SEO plan, a rebrand, new design assets or growing your social media presence. Together we will work out where we can get the most out of our service.
