A Hands-on Approach to Business Building
As our Venture Development Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for new ventures. This means you will be juggling various tasks and responsibilities, all to bring a new business to life.
You might find yourself conducting market research one day, digging into data to see if a concept is viable. Next, you could be tracking key milestones and managing project timelines to ensure everything stays on schedule.
One of the most exciting parts of this role is the variety. You will wear many different hats and need to adapt quickly. You might be testing a new software platform to see if it's the right fit for a new venture, or you could be helping to define a brand's go-to-market strategy.
You will be liaising with both our internal teams and external partners, building the necessary infrastructure for these new businesses. Your work will be crucial in preparing clear and concise progress reports and presentations for our Managing Director, providing the information they need to make strategic decisions.
This is a role for a natural problem-solver, someone who can find a way forward even when the path isn't clear. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and project management skills, who can keep a keen focus on the end goal, no matter what challenges arise.
