We are looking for someone just like you to join our growing team. We are searching for a Junior Creative Content Creator to work with us in our lovely Nantwich office, with the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to grow, learn, and make a real impact with your creativity.
We believe that great marketing starts with great people. Our team is a mix of strategists, designers, and storytellers who are all dedicated to helping ambitious businesses scale and succeed. We are a friendly, supportive group, and we love what we do.
We work with a wide range of clients, from small, local businesses to national brands, which means every day brings a new and exciting challenge.
We are proud of the work we do and the tangible results we achieve for our clients. We use a data-driven approach to inform our creative work, ensuring that everything we produce is not only beautiful but also effective.
Based in the heart of Nantwich, our office is a place where ideas are shared, collaborations flourish, and everyone feels supported.
We believe in providing our team with the tools and environment they need to succeed, from top-of-the-range equipment like a MacBook Air or Pro to a flexible working arrangement that respects your work-life balance. We want you to feel happy and motivated in your role, and we are committed to helping you develop your skills and advance your career.
Design and Video
We know that many creatives are stronger in one area than another, and that is completely fine! What is most important to us is your genuine passion and curiosity to learn both.
Perhaps you are a whiz with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, but have always been curious about filming and editing short-form video content. Or maybe you are a natural with a camera and are eager to master the world of graphic design. This role is designed for someone who wants to develop a full range of creative skills and build a diverse portfolio.
As our new Junior Creative Content Creator, you will have the chance to work across a variety of projects. One day, you might be designing an ad for a new social media campaign, and the next, you could be storyboarding and filming content for a client's website.
You will also get to grips with tools like Photoshop to produce on-brand visuals at speed, perfect for fast-paced social media campaigns.
This is a hands-on role where you will be an integral part of our creative team. You will be working alongside experienced professionals who are happy to share their knowledge and mentor you as you grow.
We want to see you succeed, and we will provide the support and guidance you need to become a versatile and confident content creator. Your ideas and input will be valued, and you will have the chance to contribute to exciting campaigns for our ambitious clients.
What We are Looking For in a Creative Star
Your creative portfolio is the first thing we want to see. This is your chance to show us what you can do. It should demonstrate your talent in either graphic design or media production. We want to see examples of your best work, whether that is a collection of designs you are proud of or videos you have shot and edited. Your portfolio is a window into your creative soul, and we can’t wait to see it.
We also want to see that spark of curiosity and a genuine enthusiasm for learning the other discipline. Are you a designer who is excited to pick up a camera and learn about lighting and composition? Or are you a videographer who is keen to master the finer points of typography and layout? Tell us about your passion and your desire to grow your skills. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is ready to jump in and get their hands dirty.
Along with your creative talent, we are looking for someone with an excellent eye for detail and a flair for storytelling. We work in a fast-paced environment, so great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.
